Posting of a bond is required in an amount based on the gross annual income of the licensee for the preceding year with a minimum amount of $10,000, and a maximum bond amount of $35,000 in compliance with regulations set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes based on Arizona Card Credit Debt Collection and Arizona Collection.
